DR Irrigation Services LLC
By scheduling or using services from DR Irrigation Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:
DR Irrigation Services LLC provides irrigation-related services including, but not limited to, installation, repairs, maintenance, inspections, and system adjustments. All services are performed based on the condition of the existing system and property at the time of service.
Estimates are based on visual inspection and information available at the time.
Final pricing may change if additional issues or materials are discovered during service.
Any additional work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding whenever possible.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, and other approved payment methods.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection costs.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to the work area, including irrigation controllers, valves, and water sources. DR Irrigation Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.
We warranty our labor for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts when available.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, underground obstacles, wiring problems, or damage caused by old or previously installed systems.
While we take care to minimize disruption, irrigation work may involve digging or disturbance to soil, grass, or landscaping. DR Irrigation Services LLC is not responsible for restoring landscaping unless specifically included in the service agreement.
DR Irrigation Services LLC is not liable for:
Water damage caused by system failures beyond our control
Damage due to freezing, weather conditions, water pressure issues, or customer misuse
Indirect or consequential damages
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version applies to all services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which DR Irrigation Services LLC operates.
